      EdWebCalling itself a "hyperbook," EdWeb has a different look and feel than many big sites and truly is more like reading a book than watching TV. It's stated purpose, to explore the worlds of educational reform and information technology is accomplished without extensive use of animated gifs or multiple scrolling frames. Andy Carvin, the site's developer is Media Projects Director for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, which has provided some financial support. You will find lists of links, essays on education reform, explanations of technology and "how to" advice.
